You set the focus and work areas based on your needs and objectives. Examples, emotions behind being overweight, binge eating, emotional eating, silhouette conflict, messages behind that body part that makes you uncomfortable, limiting beliefs around food, losing the fear of eating, stopping obsessing over food, and scarcity conflict, amongst others.
The nutrition we will follow in the coaching will be a balanced Mediterranean diet that focuses on eating nonstarchy vegetables, lean proteins like fish, poultry, lean meats, and good fats from olive oil and avocados. Some dairy, whole grains, beans, nuts, and legumes, while limiting consumption of sweets and simple carbohydrates.
The behaviors included portion control, healthy snacking, balanced plate, swapping to healthy foods, meal prepping, time management, organization, emotional eating, and more.
If you need Medical Nutrition therapy, you must enter the program with a Registered Dietitian supporting your medical nutrition needs while going through program.
